傳說中吃蔘雞湯的土俗村，朋友、天書都極力推介! Travelzoo 排行榜首!連韓國的第16屆前總統亦是它的粉絲！到底是什麼來頭？

餐廳外大排長龍，幸好𥚃面挺大的，大概等了２０分鐘左右吧。還有告訴你們一個秘密：排隊時有wifi可以上網解悶。

期待已久的蔘雞湯來了！乳白色的湯頭很好喝，既清甜又濃郁。主角是養了三個月大的小小童子雞。

盤腿的小雞𥚃頭釀的是黏黏綿綿的檽米飯，滲透著原隻人蔘、紅棗、栗子熬出來的自然香甜口味。

你看！Catcat 夾出來原隻的人蔘！是真才實料喔！

蔘雞湯果然有令人心滿意足、容光煥發的神奇功效~ 有看到"before & after" 的分別嗎？:P　那麼好吃的蔘雞湯在香港、美國也找不到。。。好感動♥

部隊鍋源於韓戰過後，首爾的肉類食材短缺，居民把美軍剩餘的香賜、SPAM、加入辛辣湯。流傳至今，加入很多現代材料如卡夫芝士、年糕、泡麵等。。。

Bonjour! Julie & Julia has all the ingredients of an incredible movie: great actress, dashes of comedy, delicious moments, touching love, all mixed in with the search of a passionate hobby in life.

It is certainly a movie for foodies, from the joy of cooking to eating. I absolutely love Meryl Streep's talented act, her lively character in the movie... How can a woman be so lovely at her age?

You will find it quite difficult to keep from salivating at the tasteful scenes... beef bourguignon, butter poached lobster, fluffy souffle and many more... It's a feast for your eyes. And at the end of the movie, you would inevitably sign up for a cooking class or find somewhere good to eat.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a classic! I had always wanted to visit Montauk not to make snow angels (can't stand below 40F even though i'd love to re-live that helplessly romantic scene), but to enjoy the sunny beach and visit this infamous shack on Montauk Highway!

LUNCH is the perfect place if what you want is simple fresh seafood, straight from the docks. I was dying to try their lobster roll, and it didn't disappoint! A generous portion of chilled lobster salad is piled into a buttered hot dog bun with a swipe of mayo and a sprinkle of celery~

Upon ordering, I spotted an intriguing item on the menu. Fish and chips may not sound any special, but they used PUFFER - yes, BLOWFISH it is. A basket of basically little fish nuggets was served, de-boned but you could still hold on to their tiny tails. I know! I felt bad eating those cute little things, but they were ridiculously delicious! Fried and perfectly crispy outside, tender and buttery inside with a hint of sweetness~ Not to mention the price, around $20 for a platter, which is literally "a dollar for a puffer".

LUNCH is simply a meal you can't miss if you're passing by the tip of Long Island.

People who know me can tell how much I love oysters. Nine.Line Oyster Bar and Grill, a tiny eatery located in a quite corner of Causeway Bay, suprisingly offers a great selection. Personally, I enjoy sweet and creamy flavor. My friend, on the other hand, prefers salty and metallic... Hopelessly lost in the vast menu, the staff keenly gave us a mini lecture on different varieties of oysters and recommended tailored combinations for us both. Each of us got eight oysters... They were all fatty, about the size of my palm! The two accompanying house sauces, red wine with vinegar and sake with yuzu, complemented the fresh oysters perfectly.

Other raw seafood dishes were also mouth-watering. We had the jumbo shrimp sashimi imported from Japan and a special salmon sashimi roll with spoonful of salmon roe and sea urchin wrapped inside. You can imagine how fulfilling it was merely from description... The staff recommended a very light and cripsy white wine as a pairing. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. For sure, I am going back another time to try their oyster and sea urchin soup, as well as other signature dishes.

This place is for serious oyster and sashimi aficiandos.

Lovely dinner at Gilt located in the New York Palace, which's supposedly owned by the Bass family in Gossip Girl. Wonderful food and glamorous setting~ I wish I could have met Chuck there... Although my prince didn't appear, it still left room for fascination. Well, the good news is that GG is going to resume on next Monday! And Columbia U will come into play! Stay tune guys xoxo ♥
